We are looking for an individual with experience in Civil Litigation. They must have the ability to independently research and analyze applicable law and matters. Ability to draft pleadings is a requirement.
Experience in any of the following would be an asset:
- Contract Disputes
- Property Disputes
- Civil Litigation Claim
- Fire Insurance Claim
- Flood/Water Damage Insurance Claim
- Theft Insurance Claim
- Life Insurance Claims
Remuneration is subject to the Candidate’s experience.
